After a set of repeatedly failed planning applications, Darkin Architects were approached for an innovative solution to develop this site. Our solution of four accessible bungalows to meet the needs of the elderly and vulnerable was approved by the local authority on our first planning submission. Subsequently, Darkin Architects supported the developer with construction drawings and contract administration to develop the new homes.
