In 2013, Peter Morgan Estate Agents engaged with Darkin Architects to design and manage the refurbishment of their Llanelli Offices. The refurbishment was a holistic approach including a renewed frontage, giving the estate agency a new shop window and improved high street presence. Internally, the offices were designed to be akin to a home with a lounge-like area for relaxed meetings and desks formed like kitchen units.
