Neath Port Talbot Council will be launching their official call for sites between the 6th November and closing it on 18th December.  The level of information required (including a site layout plan, sustainability assessment, viability assessment) can be quite extensive for proposed housing sites, so early instructions will ensure there's enough time to prepare a strong case and secure a better chance of success. The sort of areas we know the Council are looking for in particular are sites on the edge of existing settlements.
