Mentoring Programme 2022

Every year, the Royal Society of Architects in Wales (RSAW) works with Universities and Architects across Wales through it's mentoring programme. The programme pairs students and architects who meet several times through the mentoring scheme to help the students better understand the world of professional practice. 

This year, Darkin Architects mentored four students from the Welsh School of Architecture in Cardiff. Meetings covered

• An introduction to life in practice and the specifics of how to deliver a project
• A reflection session on the architect's experiences and the opportunity to talk about the students future plans
• An overview of a live project and/or a completed project
