Elm Cottage, Y Graig

This dwelling was built into the landscape and was designed as an 'upside down' house. Bedrooms are located on the ground floor whilst the living areas are on the first floor to take maximum benefit of the spectacular views. The dwelling also benefits from a range of environmentally sustainable systems such as a solar hot water heating system and rainwater harvesting. The solar hot water heating system can be seen in the photograph.
