First Floor Extension, Maerdy Park, Bridgend

This extension to a home in Bridgend posed a number of challenges. The client didn't want to develop any of the garden space as they liked it as it was and the roof heights made an attic conversion challenging to achieve whilst also complying with planning. The solution was an extension above the garage with a very shallow roof pitch to allow for the extra space needed

As of December 2023, the project is currently under consideration for planning with Bridgend County Borough Council.
