Waun Gron Close, Treboeth
In 2015, Darkin Architects were appointed to prepare proposals to transform a tired terraced dwelling in Swansea. Ramshackle rear extensions were replaced with a large open plan living and kitchen area that holistically remodelled the property into a light, airy and modern home.
