Completed in 2018 by Nigel Jenkins Construction Ltd, this single storey rear extension and internal refurbishments created much needed space for a family home. Although a relatively simple extension, the space benefits from a large amount of natural light provided by the roof lights and the customer was able to reduce construction costs to fit the budget by using block work and render rather than matching the existing face brick.
