Designed for a private client in Cardiff, this Two Storey Side Extension proved to be an intriguing design challenge. A narrow sliver of land was available for development between the owner's property and the neighbouring property. The design was carefully composed to create additional play area to the ground floor as well as an additional bedroom and bathroom to the first floor.
